وہ منظرمشاعرہ کی منعقدہ ایک تقریب کا تھا ۔ تمام حاضرین اپنی اپنی کرسیوں پر براجمان تھے ۔ شاعر حضرات باری باری اپنی شاعری سنانے کے لیے سٹیج پر آ رہے تھے ۔ اسی اثناء میں وہ صاحب میرے برابر والی کرسی پرآکر بیٹھ گئے ۔ چند سیکنڈ تو وہ صاحب خاموشی سے بیٹھے رہے پھر اپنا کارڈ میری جانب بڑھایا ۔
بیٹا جی !یہ میرا کارڈ ہے ۔ سبز رنگ کا کارڈ جس پر ان کی نہ جانے کیا کیا تعریف لکھی تھی ۔
جی شکریہ ۔ میں نے شکریہ ادا کرتے ہوئے کارڈ اپنے پاس رکھ لیا ۔(کارڈ اور ان کی شکل دیکھتے ہوئے میرے وہم و گمان میں بھی نہ تھا کہ یہ حضرت اتنے چھچھورے بھی ہو سکتے ہیں )
بیٹا! آپ اپنا کارڈ بھی دیں ۔اگر ہے ۔ موصوف نے کہا ۔ میں نے اثبات میں سر ہلایا اور کارڈ ان کے ہاتھ میں تھما دیا ۔
بیٹا ! اپنا نمبر بھی دے دیں ۔ (میرے وزٹنگ کارڈ پر میرا نمبر موجود نہیں۔) موصوف کی فرمائش پر ان کو گھورا ۔
بیٹاجی ! میں آپ کا نمبر کسی کو نہیں دوں گا ۔ ساتھ نمبر ہو تو رابطہ آسان ہو جاتا ہے ۔یقین دہانی کرواتے ہوئے موصوف نے قلم میری جانب بڑھایا ۔
مرتا کیا نہ کرتا کے مصادق میں نے قلم ان سے لے کر کارڈ کی پشت پر اپنا نمبر لکھ دیا ۔ محفل کے دوران گاہے بگاہے وہ اپنی مصروفیات کے بارے میں آگاہ کرتے رہے ۔ میں ان کی تمام باتوں کا جواب ہوں ہاں میں دیتی رہی ۔کسی ذاتی مصروفیت کی وجہ سے مجھے محفل سے جلد جانا پڑھا ۔ ابھی آرٹ کونسل کے مرکزی کیٹ پر نہ پہنچے تھے کہ مجھے ایک میسج موصول ہو ا
آپ کا انکل ۔۔۔ میں ابھی اسی سوچ میں غلطاں تھی کہ میرا کونسا انکل ، اسی لمحے ایک کال موصول ہوئی ۔
جی بیٹا جی !آپ نے میرا نمبر سیو کر لیا ہے ؟ سلام کا جواب سنے بغیر سوال کیا گیا ۔
جی ۔جی ۔ شکریہ انکل ۔ میں نے تسلی دے کر فون بند کر دیا ابھی گھر پہنچنے ہی نہ پائی تھی کہ مسیج کی بیپ بجی ۔
جی بیٹا جی ۔۔ میسج انھی موصوف کا تھا ۔ میں نے حیرانی سے فون کی سکرین کو گھورا اور سوچنے لگی کہ اس کا کیا کیا جواب دوں ۔ابھی میں سوچ کے اس گرداب سے نہ نکلی تھی کہ ایک اور میسج رسیو ہو ا۔
جی بیٹا جی ۔ میرے لیے یہ سمجھنا مشکل تھا کہ میں ان کو کیا جواب دوں ۔ بالآخر چند سیکنڈ بعد میں نے جی لکھ کر مسیج کا جواب دیا ۔ ابھی میسج ان تک پہنچا ہی نہ ہو گا کہ میرا فون بج اٹھا ۔ دوسری جانب وہی موصوف تھے۔
انھوں نے میراحال چال دریافت کیا اور بنا میرا جواب سنے بولے ۔
بیٹا جی ! میں آپ کا نمبر کسی کو نہیں دوں گا ۔ ہاں میرا نمبر اگر آپ کسی کو دینا چاہیں تو دے سکتی ہیں ۔ میں خاموشی سے ان کو سن رہی تھی ۔ اپنی بات ختم کرنے کے بعد بولے
جی بیٹا جی ۔ ۔میں نے بمشکل جی کہنے میں عافیت جانی اور فون بند کر دیا۔
گھر کے کام کاج سے فارغت کے بعد میں بسترپر لیٹی تو سوچا کہ سوشل میڈیا ، واٹس ایپ کو دیکھ لیا جائے اس وقت رات کے دس بج رہے تھے ۔حالات حاضرہ کا جائزہ لینے کے لیے انٹر نیٹ آن کرنے کی دیر تھی کہ فون کی بیل بج اٹھی ، واٹس ایپ پر موصوف کی کال تھی ۔ میں نے کال کاٹ دی
رات کو فون پر بات کرنا مناسب نہیں ۔ لکھ کر میسج کیا ۔
جی بیٹا جی ۔ کا جواب موصول ہو ا۔ میں نے انٹر نیٹ اآف کیا اور بنا کچھ پڑھے سوگئی ۔
صبح فون پر آلارم بیل کے ساتھ ہی ایک میسج موصول ہو ا
جی بیٹا جی ۔ میں نے سوچا کیا جواب دوں ؟ پھر اس میسج کو جواب دیے بغیر چھوڑ دیا ۔ ابھی کم وبیش آدھا گھنٹہ نہ گزرا ہوگا کہ موبائل پر ایک اور میسج موصول ہو ا۔
جی بیٹا جی ۔ ۔میں نے اس کا بھی کوئی جواب نہ دیا ۔ ابھی چند منٹ بھی نہ گزرے ہوں گے کہ پھرسے ایک میسج موصول ہو ا
جی بیٹا جی ۔۔۔یا خدا۔ میں نے پریشانی کے عالم میں موبائل کی جانب دیکھا
جی انکل جی ۔۔ موصوف کے انداز میں جواب دیا ۔ ابھی میسج بمشکل پہنچا ہوگا کہ میرا فون پھر سے بج اٹھا ۔
شکریہ بیٹا جی ! آپ نے مجھے انکل کہا بہت بہت شکریہ ۔ میسج کا جواب میرے لیے الٹی آنتیں گلے پڑنے کے مصادق ثابت ہوا ۔میں نے مارے بندھے بات کی اور فون بند کر دیا ۔
تقریبا ایک گھنٹے بعد جب میں اپنا فون اٹھا یا تو ان باکس میں دس سے زائد میسج تھے
جی بٹا جی ۔ چند میسج توصرف یہ تین لفظ تھے ۔ جبکہ تین یا چار میسج ایسے تھے جن میں مجھے موصوف اپنی تصویر بھیجنا چاہتے تھے ۔
انکل رہنے دیں ۔ میں نے میسج کیا جس کا انھوں نے انتہائی برا منایا
کم عمری اور ادب سے تعلق میں نقصان صرف اس بات کا ہوتاہے کہ آ پ کسی بڑی عمر کے بندے سے سختی سے بات نہیں کرسکتے اور نہ ہی ان کی بے عزتی کر سکتے ہیں ۔۔خیر عجیب سا احساسِ شرمندگی لیے میں نے انھیں سمجھایا کہ مجھے ان کی تصاویر کی قطعا کوئی ضرورت نہیں ہے ۔ خیر وہ دن بھی بیت گیا ۔
رات کے گیارہ بجے فون کی بیل صور اسرافیل کی مانند بجی ۔ دیکھا تو وہی موصوف تھے ۔ کال کاٹی موبائل آف کیا اور سو گئی ۔
صبح دم موبائل آن کیا تو یکے بعد دیگر ے دس میسج ۔جن میں پہلے چھ ۔۔جی بیٹا جی ۔۔ کے میسج تھے جبکہ بقایا شکوہ شکایت کہ میں نے ان کی تصاویر لینے سے انکار کیوں کیا ۔
واٹس ایپ آ ن کیا تو وہاں بھی ۔۔۔جی بیٹا جی ۔دن میں کام کے دوران بھی کئی کالیں صرف اس لیے کی گئی کہ میں نے ان کی تصاویر لینے سے انکار کیوں کیا
اب ان کو کون سمجھائے کہ بزرگوار مجھے آپ کی تصاویر سے کیا لینا دینا ۔ انھیں بلاک کر کے کچھ سکون کا سانس لیا ۔ لیکن شومئی قسمت اسی دن میرا فون میرے ہاتھ سے گرا اور اسی روز مجھے فون کا سافٹ ویر دوبارہ کروانا پڑا ۔ فون آج ہونے کی دیر تھی کہ جو پہلا میسج آیا وہ تھا ۔
جی بیٹا جی ۔ یہاں تک کہ شام تک میرے دل و دماغ میں جی بیٹا جی کے علاوہ کچھ نہ بچا ۔میسج کا جواب دیتی تو کال نہ دیتی تو واٹس ایپ کا ل ۔ہر کال میں انھوں نے اگلی محفل میں آنے کی گذارش کرنا ۔
تین دن تک کالم یا افسانہ لکھنا تو درکنا ر مجھے خواب میں بھی ۔۔جی بیٹا جی ۔۔ کی آوازیں سنائی دینے لگیں ۔ بالآخر میں نے کافی سوچ بچار کے بعد فیصلہ کیا کہ موصوف کو مصروف کیا جائے یا کسی بھی طرح اس سے جان چھڑائی جائے ۔
مجھے ایک کالم میں مدد دیجئے ۔ان کے میسج۔۔جی بیٹا جی کے جواب میں، میں نے فرمائش کی جس کے جواب میں انھوں نے کہا
میں زیادہ کام نہیں کر سکتا اور آپ کی شاید مدد نہ کر سکوں ۔ میں نے مسکرا کر فون کی جانب دیکھا ۔ اس کے بعد طویل خاموشی چھا گئی ۔ میں نے سکھ کا سانس لیا ۔
رات گیارہ بجے میری آنکھ میسج کی بیل سے کھلی ۔ موبائل سکرین پر تین لفظ تھے
جی بیٹا جی ۔۔ اور میرا منہ کھلے کا کھلا رہ گیا ۔
